Project Overview

For the Indonesia Huaqing Aluminum Co., Ltd. Integrated Project (500,000-Ton Annual Capacity Electrolytic Aluminum and Supporting Facilities Engineering), our HDPE Spiral Structured Wall Pipes (Type B / Krah Pipes) with diameters ranging from DN300 to DN2000 were selected as the primary drainage and sewerage pipeline network.

Challenges & Execution

Given that this project was executed overseas under a highly compressed and stringent construction schedule, it presented a major challenge to our company's manufacturing capacity and supply chain logistics. To guarantee flawless on-site execution, our company deployed a team of technical specialists who flew directly to the construction site in Indonesia to conduct a comprehensive, hands-on technical briefing and installation orientation.

Current Status

Currently, the entire piping system for this landmark project has been successfully installed, commissioned, and completed. The underground pipeline network is operating smoothly and performing optimally under normal conditions.
