Product Introduction

Polyethylene (PE) Spiral Structured Wall Pipe (Krah Pipe) is an advanced large-diameter piping solution manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin using a sophisticated hot-state spiral winding and controlled cooling process. Purpose-engineered for gravity and low-pressure municipal drainage applications, it delivers exceptional structural integrity combined with lightweight installation economy for modern urban water management infrastructure.

The pipe features a hydraulically smooth inner bore for superior flow conveyance, reinforced externally by a continuous helical profiled rib that provides ring stiffness and soil load-bearing capacity. The entire structure is produced as a single unified component through precision spiral winding, eliminating the joint weaknesses and seepage problems inherent in segmented concrete and clay drainage systems.

Krah Pipes employ an advanced integrated socket-and-spigot electrofusion joining system. During manufacturing, both pipe ends are profile-formed into a precision bell and spigot configuration, with electrical resistance fusion elements permanently embedded into the socket. On-site jointing requires only connection to a standard power source to achieve a complete molecular-level fusion weld, delivering a 100% leak-proof pipeline network that prevents both groundwater infiltration and sewage exfiltration.
