Abrasion-Resistant RTP Pipe is a highly engineered, high-pressure composite piping solution specifically built to handle the most punishing fluid dynamics in heavy industries. It is designed to replace traditional steel lines by eliminating internal wear, scouring, and corrosion.

RTP pipe utilizes an advanced multi-layer design optimized for heavy-duty performance:

Liner Pipe (Abrasion-Resistant Layer): Made from a Polyolefin elastomer (POE) & PE co-extrusion, this ultra-smooth interior layer acts as a shield against abrasive materials, drastically reducing hydraulic friction and preventing inner wall scouring.
Reinforcement Layer: Features high-strength materials such as steel cord tape or aramid tape. Utilizing a specialized tape wrapping & melt production process, this layer gives the pipe its elite high-pressure load capacity.
Outer Jacket: Extruded from HDPE, providing robust environmental protection against external impacts, weathering, and mechanical wear during field deployment.

High pressure	The pipe is formed by wrapping high-strength reinforcing tape,which integrates the layers of the pipe into a single unit,significantly enhanc- ing its pressure resistance.It can adapt to various pressure ranges from 2.5 MPato 20 MPa.
Corrosion-resistant	The pipe material is made of polymer materials,suitable forvarious cor- rosive working conditions,and the service life of the pipeline is increased to more than 20 years.The connection adopts the Lapped pipe end with flangejoint which completelysolves the problem of metal joint corrosion.
Abrasion-resistant	The wear resistance of polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer(POE)is over 10 times that of UHMW-PE,over 20 times that of HDPE,and over 100 times that of steel pipes.
High conveying capacity	The inner wallof the pipe is smooth and not prone to scaling,with low conveying resistance and good energy-saving effect.Its conveying capacity is over 20%higher than that of traditional pipes such as steel pipes.
Spoolable &easy installation	The pipe material is highly flexible.Pipes with a diameter of 250mm or less can be coiled,with asingle length rangingfrom 160 to 900 meters,it requires fewer joints.For pipes with a diameter of over 250mm,the single length can be customized,reducing the number of joints and installation costs.
