Perforated Steel Strip Reinforced PE Pipe is an advanced, high-strength composite piping system engineered to bridge the gap between traditional steel pipes and conventional plastic pipes. It is specifically designed to handle high-pressure fluid transportation in harsh municipal, industrial, and mining environments.

The pipe features a unique multi-layer composite structure. The core reinforcement layer is made of a high-strength steel strip that is precision-perforated and welded helically into a mesh skeleton. Through a continuous, one-step extrusion process, this steel core is seamlessly fused and encapsulated with inner and outer layers of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) or Heat-Resistant Polyethylene (PE-RT).
