Steel Mesh Reinforced Polyethylene (SRTP) Composite Pipe is a high-performance composite pipeline solution purpose-engineered for the aggressive chemical environments of processing plants, manufacturing facilities, and industrial chemical logistics. The complete encapsulation of a precision-perforated steel reinforcement mesh within chemically inert HDPE layers delivers the mechanical strength of steel combined with universal chemical resistance across a broad pH spectrum.
Manufactured through a continuous one-step co-extrusion process, the pipe permanently bonds a helically wound, uniformly perforated steel strip mesh core within inner and outer polyethylene layers. This monolithic architecture ensures zero metallic surface exposure to process fluids, providing indefinite service life against the corrosive attack of acids, alkalis, oxidizing agents, organic solvents, and mixed chemical streams that progressively destroy stainless steel, lined steel, and FRP piping alternatives.
