The Steel Skeleton Reinforced Polyethylene (PE) Composite Pipe is a high-performance, multi-layer composite piping system engineered for demanding mining and abrasive slurry applications. It features a high-strength, three-dimensional rigid skeleton formed by punched, rolled, and longitudinally welded steel mesh strips, which is seamlessly encapsulated within premium high-density polyethylene (HDPE) matrixes.

Unlike conventional composite pipes that rely solely on adhesive resins, this pipeline utilizes a unique mechanical interlocking structure. During the extrusion process, the molten plastic flows through the perforations of the steel skeleton, fusing the inner and outer PE layers into a single, virtually inseparable unit. This structural synergy perfectly combines the structural rigidity of steel with the abrasion resistance and chemical durability of HDPE, making it ideal for transporting abrasive mineral slurries and mining tailings.
