The Steel Skeleton Reinforced Polyethylene (PE) Composite Pipe is a high-performance, multi-layer composite piping system engineered for demanding pressure applications. It features a high-strength, three-dimensional rigid skeleton formed by punched, rolled, and longitudinally welded steel mesh strips, which is seamlessly encapsulated within premium high-density polyethylene (HDPE) matrixes.

Unlike conventional composite pipes that rely solely on adhesive resins, this pipeline utilizes a unique mechanical interlocking structure. During the extrusion process, the molten plastic flows through the perforations of the steel skeleton, fusing the inner and outer PE layers into a single, virtually inseparable unit. This structural synergy perfectly combines the structural rigidity of steel with the chemical corrosion resistance of plastic.
